Straightforward warranty cover on every filter we supply — Australia-wide.
Our Warranty Promise
Easy Flow Filters warrants every filter we supply to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the recommended service life of the filter — up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase — when installed and maintained in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's recommendations.
If a filter we supplied fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace the filter free of charge, including freight.

Warranty coverage begins on the date of invoice and applies to the original purchaser. Warranty on a replacement filter runs for the balance of the original warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to failure caused by:
- —Misapplication, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- —Incorrect installation or improper service practices
- —Failure to follow the equipment manufacturer's recommended service intervals
- —Contaminated fuel, oil or air entering from upstream of the filter
- —Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or rust-through
- —Modifications or repairs not approved by us
- —Operation with damaged or non-genuine mating components
- —Filters that have been disassembled, tested or tampered with before our inspection
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Notify us promptly
Contact Easy Flow Filters as soon as the fault is discovered — within 14 days of the failure — by emailing sales@easyflowfilter.com with your invoice number, part number, equipment details, and a description of the failure, or by using the enquiry form on our Home page. Include your order details so we can locate your purchase.
Preserve the filter
Do not cut open, clean, or alter the filter. Keep the failed filter and any related damaged parts available for inspection.
Return the part
We may ask you to return the failed filter (and any related damaged components) freight prepaid, or we may arrange an on-site inspection for large equipment or mine-site applications.
Assessment
We will inspect the returned filter or arrange an independent inspection. Where the claim is approved, we will repair or replace — at our option — and cover reasonable freight.
Outcome
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement part or reimbursement. If a claim is declined, we will explain why in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Easy Flow Filters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, downtime, lost production, or third-party claims. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
